Your Sales Consultant will professionally guide you through the entire selling process and make recommendations on strategy, marketing, presentation and price positioning, to achieve your sales goal. Your Sales Consultant will assist with the following in preparation of your property sale. Signed Agency Agreement with pat o'driscoll real estate Select preferred selling method and campaign period Select Marketing Campaign components Coordinate Contract of Sale, Body Corporate Disclosure, Title Searches and other documentation relating to the sale of your property Coordinate repairs and maintenance if required Advice on preparing your home for sale – de-clutter and 'spring' clean, consider placing any extra items in short-term storage Site visit by Pat O'Driscoll Sales Team – our sales team has a dedicated team us that is utilised to visit all sale properties prior to campaign commencement Schedule professional photography of property (if applicable) Determine open house viewing times, auction date and time (if applicable) ongoing support Once the campaign commences, pat o'driscoll real estate will keep you informed every step of the way. Regular Communication of offers, comparable sales and movements in the market place Buyer feedback from open houses on price and features Coordinate the canvassing of potential purchasers for direct mail Prepare all contracts and signing of contracts for vendor and purchaser Manage the advertising budget and program to assess changes required or future marketing needs
